Original Recipes


Cadizian (National award winner)
1.25 oz. Redbreast 12 yr Irish Whiskey
1.25 oz. Gonzalez Byass 1847 Dulce Sherry
.74 oz. Lillet Blanc
2 dashes Peychauds Bitters
2 dashes Orange Bitters

Method: Combine ingredients in a mixing glass and stir with ice. Strain into a chilled Nick & Nora glass.

Garnish: Flamed Orange Peel


Coppertop
1.5 oz. Bluecoat Gin
.5 oz. Lemon Juice
.75 oz. Ginger Syrup
.25 oz. Yellow Chartreuse

Method: Shake all ingredients with ice.  Strain into a chilled Coupe glass.

Garnish: Pink Peppercorns & Fresh Ground Pepper


El Oso (National award winner)

1.75 oz. Cazadorez Anejo Tequila
.75 oz. Barenjager Honey Liqueur
.5 oz. Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur
2 dashes Bitter Truth Jerry Thomas Bitter

Method: Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass and stir with ice.  Strain into a rock glass with large (2×2) ice cube.

Garnish: Dehydrated Orange Wheel


Queen Bee (Regional award winner)

1.5 oz. Vodka
1 oz. St. Germain
.5 oz. Yuzu
.5 oz. Honey Syrup

Method: Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain in to a chilled Nick & Nora glass.

Garnish: Orange Peel

1.5 oz. White Rum
.75 oz. Lime Juice
.75 oz. Simple Syrup

Method: Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain in to a chilled Coupe glass.

Garnish: Lime Wheel


French 75
1.5 oz. London Dry Gin
.75 oz. Lemon Juice
.75 oz. Simple Syrup
Champagne

Method: Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain in to a Collins glass.  Top with Champagne.

Garnish: Spiral Lemon Twist


Lion’s Tail 

2 oz. Bourbon Whiskey
.5 oz. Allspice Dram
.5 oz. Lime Juice
barspoon of Simple Syrup
2 dashes Angostura Bitters

Method: Combine ingredients and shake with ice.  Strain into a Coupe glass. 

Garnish: No Garnish


Manhattan

2 oz. Rye or Bourbon Whiskey
1 oz. Italian Sweet Vermouth
2 dash Angostura Bitters

Method: Stir all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Garnish: Brandied Cherry


Dry Martini

2 oz. London Dry Gin
1 oz. French Dry Vermouth
1 dash Orange Bitters

Method: Stir all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Garnish: Lemon Twist


Sazerac

2 oz. Rye Whiskey
.5 oz. Simple Syrup
4 dashes Peychauds Bitters
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
Absinthe rinse

Method: Combine ingredients in a mixing glass and stir with ice. Rinse a rocks glass with a barspoon of absinthe and strain the cocktail into the glass (no ice).

Garnish: Lemon Peel
